Social media + Digital Marketing Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Bondi Marketing, a growing marketing consultancy serving healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle brands, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own content execution across our client portfolio — with room to take on strategic elements (calendar planning, campaign angles, content direction) as trust and fit develop. You'll start by turning established strategy into consistent, on-brand organic social content, email campaigns, and performance reporting, with growing involvement in paid ad execution as the role matures.

You'll work closely with our founder and designer, giving leadership the bandwidth to focus on high-level strategy and growth while you keep client content moving, on schedule, and measurably on track — and increasingly help shape the "what" and "why," not just the "how."

Content Writing & Social Management
(40% of role)
  • Write and edit organic social media copy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn as applicable per client) using provided strategy and brand direction
  • Draft and edit email marketing campaigns — newsletters, promotional sends, and nurture sequence copy
  • Adapt brand voice consistently across multiple healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle e-commerce clients
  • Support content calendar development and maintain content strategy documentation, with the opportunity to own calendar planning and content direction as fit is established
  • Support Bondi Marketing's own organic social and email content as the internal brand grows

Scheduling & Reporting
(35% of role)
  • Schedule and publish organic social content across client accounts using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools
  • Coordinate with our designer to source, organize, and slot creative assets on deadline
  • Pull and compile performance data for monthly client reports across organic social, email, and paid channels
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, email open/click rates, conversion metrics) and organize into clear, client-ready reporting formats
  • Maintain content calendars and flag scheduling conflicts or gaps before they affect delivery

Paid Ad Execution & Cross-Business Operations
(25% of role)
  • Assist in executing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) under the direction of senior strategy
  • Support ad copy drafting, campaign setup, and performance monitoring
  • Manage your tasks and deadlines inside our project management system
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and designer to clarify priorities, timelines, and asset needs
  • Flag bottlenecks, missing inputs, or performance anomalies before they affect timelines or client results

Essential Qualities
  • Strategic instinct: You don't just execute — you notice what's working, ask why, and can eventually take the lead on calendar planning and content direction
  • Execution-minded: You understand that content isn't just well-written - it needs to publish on time and support strategy.
  • Execution-minded: You understand that great content isn't just well-written — it needs to publish on time, track cleanly, and support strategy.
  • Detail-oriented: You care deeply about brand voice consistency, accuracy in reporting, and polished final deliverables.
  • Project management mindset: You can manage multiple client accounts and deadlines without constant oversight.
