PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Content & Social Media Management
(40% of role)
  • Schedule social media content across multiple platforms using provided copy
  • Create weekly Pinterest posts
  • Manage social media for select client accounts
  • Coordinate monthly email newsletters via Flodesk/Klaviyo/Kajabi
  • Support podcast scheduling and create associated promotional materials

Client Success & Project Management
(35% of role)
  • Participate in biweekly client status calls
  • Send detailed meeting notes and next steps after client calls
  • Input action items and project updates into ClickUp
  • Support client email follow-up and communication
  • Track project deliverables and deadlines

Cross-Business Operations
(25% of role)
  • Weekly planning meetings to organize Bondi project priorities
  • Coordinate between Bondi Marketing and Olive and Emme initiatives
  • Manage Shopify backend tasks for Olive and Emme
  • Support Kajabi course platform management

Essential Qualities
  • Client-facing experience: Comfortable on video calls and professional communication
  • Project management mindset: Think beyond task completion to workflow optimization
  • Multi-business coordination: Ability to context-switch between different brand voices
  • Proactive communication: Flag potential issues before they become problems
  • Detail-oriented execution: Accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and follow-through

Contract Position | Remote | 5-15 hours/week

We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support two growing businesses: Bondi Marketing (a marketing consultancy) and Olive and Emme (an ecommerce brand).

This isn't a typical VA role, we need someone who can handle execution while thinking strategically about project management and client success.

You'll be the operational backbone that allows our founder to focus on strategy and growth while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Experience Level
  • 2-3 years in marketing operations, project coordination, or similar role
  • Previous experience supporting service-based businesses preferred
  • Background in both ecommerce and consulting environments a plus

Working Style
  • Autonomous: Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Communicative: Proactive about updates and potential roadblocks
  • Adaptable: Comfortable with changing priorities and growing businesses

Compensation & Logistics
